Oversee Cognia Accreditations and maintain Systems setup
Cognia Lead Duties
- Oversee that all documentation is met and uploaded to the Cognia workstation
- Oversee Education improvements- new ones are in place, the progress of them, and continue to assess to see if new ones need to be implemented. Keep up with the Cognia Improvement list and add to it as needed.
- Continue in ongoing training:
Cognia continuous improvement, ongoing training, data collection, and action research to effect change to help students and improve our program. - Oversee the standards and documentation deadlines
- Have Education meetings once a month to ensure education processes are being met, to see if any campus has a need, and to collaborate on new ideas.
- Oversee surveys that are administered and complete the Survey Analysis form
- Ensure Staff Assessments are given out every quarter.
- Send Parent surveys month after intake, six months, and pre-grad.
- Ensure Montgomery, Round Rock, and Kerrville do digital learning observations every quarter and complete the worksheet after pulling the report from Cognia My Journey.
- Enter student progress report on progress report analysis
- Ensure all Education documentation regarding surveys, Analysis forms, progress reports and progress report analysis forms, and digital surveys are ongoing
- Keep TGA report card updated.
Education Duties
- Keep up with the new enrollment sheet
- Keep up with Alta & SCV billing
- Dismissed and graduating students transcript documentation. Dismiss from Sober Peer.
- Oversee and complete all student grade progress reports
- Review all students' Class Activity on the LMS platform and advise on actions needed, if any, to the Education Coordinators at each campus.
- Review student class progress and grades to see if immediate action needs to be taken before they finish their class, and to see which class needs to be added and a class add form sent to the parent.
- Review Student Assessments and confer with the Education Coordinator for a plan of action for any student needing assistance.
- Enter New students into Sober Peer. Update Sober Peer when students are promoted to the next phase.
- Add students to Alta and add their classes, and keep the number of Chromebooks current for each campus.
- Complete students’ transcripts, for those graduating, ensure they meet the required graduation standards, request the Diploma.
- Update Thrive Campus Student and parent Rosters.
- Keep the Campus Training current for Cognia PowerPoint.
- Add new students to Dyknow.me and help out with Dyknow issues.
