qualifications:
- current alabama teacher's certification, bachelor's degree or higher, and certified or certifiable by the united states air force cadet command in accordance with jrotc certification standards
essential duties:
- to perform duties as a jrotc instructor/mps teacher in a public high school jrotc program
- to establish a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth
- to teach classes in accordance with standards outlined by the u.s. Air force regulations and mps guidelines and procedures
- to operate within the military chain of command as well as the montgomery public school system
- to establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
