qualifications:

current alabama teacher's certification, bachelor's degree or higher, and certified or certifiable by the united states air force cadet command in accordance with jrotc certification standards

essential duties:

to perform duties as a jrotc instructor/mps teacher in a public high school jrotc program
to establish a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth
to teach classes in accordance with standards outlined by the u.s. Air force regulations and mps guidelines and procedures
to operate within the military chain of command as well as the montgomery public school system
to establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
