qualifications:

• current alabama teacher's certification
• master's degree or higher with an endorsement in school counseling

essential duties:

• provide a counseling program favorable to assisting students, faculty, and community.
• establish effective rapport with students.
• motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an educational foundation.
• establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors.
