qualifications:

• current alabama teacher's certification, bachelor's degree or higher with an endorsement in career and technical education

essential duties:

• create an art program and classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth.
• establish effective rapport with students
• motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an educational foundation
• utilize technology to enhance the curriculum
• establish a positive relationship with parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
