minimum qualification:

• bachelor's degree or higher in dance or physical education
• alabama teacher's certification

duties and responsibilities:

• create a dance program and classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth
• establish effective rapport with students
• motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation
• participate in school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations
• analyze different data sources in making data-driven decisions for instruction
• develops a regular practice schedule and organizes practice time to provide both individual and team development
• follows established procedures in the event of an injury
