Overview

As the Marketing Project Manager, you will manage various marketing projects assigned by the Director of Marketing. You will act as an internal business partner, ensuring projects run effectively on time and on budget, and will serve as the liaison with stakeholders and project team members, providing communication updates on an appropriate cadence. You will use project management processes and tools, including Airtable, to manage projects such as mobile fleet decals, signage, event assets and collateral, digital content platform, and “backstock” reordering.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize TEC’s Airtable platform to intake, assign, manage and monitor projects.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including managing vendor relationships, invoicing, coding, etc.
  • Monitor projects for budget and deadlines, leading team and individual check‑ins on project status.
  • Track new project requests, prioritize business needs, and work with the Director of Marketing on timeline and resource changes.
  • Maintain and manage Tru Digital, TEC’s in‑store digital communications platform, including file uploads, troubleshooting, hardware requests, invoicing/coding and collaboration with designers on content.
  • Distribute web leads on a daily basis to the appropriate internal partner.
  • Communicate with project team and stakeholders about deadlines, priorities, and changing project aspects.
  • Identify vendors for project fulfillment and production, including file transfers, estimates, bids, coordination of production and fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Serve as communication liaison for internal stakeholders and vendors for any fabrication, installation or billing coordination.
  • Drive all aspects of reprints of collateral and swag requests for TEC and all locations, and maintain, fulfill and ship collateral and swag stock.
  • Assist in event preparation, including asset ordering, site build‑out, event execution, and tear down for events such as Open Houses, Golf Tournaments and various internal meetings.
  • Pick up project assets from local vendors as needed (company car available with valid driver’s license).
  • Assist with maintenance of image database for parts.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing storage area, ensuring tidy, organized and in‑stock inventory.
  • Submit invoicing and coding for managed projects and review the credit card statement on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with maintenance and upkeep of server files and folder organization, ensuring folders are cleaned up upon project completion.
  • Perform a manual inventory upload every weekday at a consistent time, ideally first thing in the morning.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the Marketing Department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience managing projects with project management software and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize projects with minimal oversight.
  • Experience in a corporate environment and using influence without authority to achieve desired outcomes.
  • High level of proficiency using project management tools, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Prior experience with a CRM preferred.
  • Part‑time hours, 2‑4 hours each day, with hybrid work environment (in‑office Mondays and Wednesdays, remote otherwise).
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Occasional event support with limited hours outside normal hours (up to four times per year).
