Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our exceptional faculty. Our kindergarten program lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning. We are looking for a teacher who creates a classroom where young learners feel safe, loved, challenged, and excited to come to school each day.
Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Foster early literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies skills through hands‑on, interactive learning.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, kindness, and independence.
• Integrate Catholic values and faith into daily instruction and classroom life.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through open and consistent communication.
• Assess student progress and use data to guide instruction.
• Collaborate with grade-level teachers, specialists, and administration to support student success.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming classroom.

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
