Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and investigate problems related to test cell design and operations.
Verify the calibration of laboratory equipment.
Assist in designing systems for lab and production functions.
Set up products and conduct specialized tests.
Investigate and troubleshoot test equipment-related issues, document findings, and recommend improvements.
Design and maintain lab data acquisition systems and support test data management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Experience with test equipment, lab systems, and process controls.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Ability to work well in a matrix team environment.
Knowledge of instrumentation related to refrigeration and gas combustion equipment.
Ability or training in LabVIEW or similar programming software for test automation.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.20/hr.
