Trillium Construction is now seeking Project Engineers / Schedulers for direct-hire placement!

The Project Engineers will be needed at various international sites (assigned based on project needs).

Seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale construction projects ($100M–$225M) with 2–4 year durations. Responsible for scheduling, reporting, invoicing, and change management. Annual salary is $120k/year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
• Track progress and produce weekly/monthly schedule reports
• Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and procurement
• Prepare monthly invoices and support cost tracking
• Manage change control, documentation, and time impact analyses
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to ensure project alignment

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial or government construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience required
• Ability to travel and work in field conditions
• Must be able to obtain/hold a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• International/overseas project experience preferred
