Engineer – UPS Testing

Minimum Academic

Qualification:

BE in Electronics / Electricals with more than 3 years of experience.

Minimum Working

Experience:

2 years, including 2 years in the same industry.

• Good knowledge of power electronics.
• Knowledge of SLD/schematics diagrams.
• Knowledge of basic electronic devices, circuits, and electrical system.
• Fault‑finding ability during UPS testing.
• Analytical skill, good communication skill, leadership quality.

• Responsible for final UPS testing (production) activity.
• Plan test bay allocation according to requirements.
• Handle customers inspection and understand their product requirements.
• Conduct FAT as per QAP/customer requirements and answer customer queries.
• Monitor and analyse UPS failure data during testing and initiate action in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.
• Responsible for maintenance of test bay and load bank.
• Maintain test equipment and calibrate on a regular basis.
• Help DVT/Engineering/application team with new product/component testing.
• Provide product/technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineers (services or any other department).
