Position
Engineer – UPS Testing
QualificationsMinimum Academic
Qualification:
BE in Electronics / Electricals with more than 3 years of experience.
Minimum Working
Experience:
2 years, including 2 years in the same industry.
- Good knowledge of power electronics.
- Knowledge of SLD/schematics diagrams.
- Knowledge of basic electronic devices, circuits, and electrical system.
- Fault‑finding ability during UPS testing.
- Analytical skill, good communication skill, leadership quality.
- Responsible for final UPS testing (production) activity.
- Plan test bay allocation according to requirements.
- Handle customers inspection and understand their product requirements.
- Conduct FAT as per QAP/customer requirements and answer customer queries.
- Monitor and analyse UPS failure data during testing and initiate action in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.
- Responsible for maintenance of test bay and load bank.
- Maintain test equipment and calibrate on a regular basis.
- Help DVT/Engineering/application team with new product/component testing.
- Provide product/technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineers (services or any other department).
