This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be employed by Xecutive Recruitment Inc and placed on a contract with our client.

As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our client's facilities. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all facilities are built and maintained to the highest standards, while also ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Develop and implement facility design and construction plans in collaboration with project management team
• Oversee the construction and renovation of facilities, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Develop and manage facility maintenance schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs and maintenance
• Ensure all facilities are equipped with necessary safety features and comply with health and safety regulations
• Analyze and improve facility processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility management to make recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  
  Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required
