Facility Solutions Associate III
The Solutions Associate role is focused on conducting and delivering process solutions for the delivery and implementation of facility services and operations. Key responsibilities include working with technical and subject matter experts to support and prepare process documentation in accordance with company guidelines and philosophies, developing written and graphical materials to support the documentation of systems and solutions, coordinating with other members of the Solution's staff, determining process based on knowledge, experience, and correspondence with design/engineering firms, reading and understanding plans and specifications, researching and collecting input from multiple internal and external resources, and understanding of relationships to the ongoing success of Hensel Phelps.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a technical field including engineering, construction, facilities management, or another related field. Eight (8+) years of experience with construction projects, MEPF coordination, commissioning, systems start up, facility maintenance and operations, or retro commissioning and/or a combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Detail-oriented. Advanced knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Have a valid driver's license. Working knowledge of ASHRE standards and codes. Ability to read and interpret project design documents and submittals.
Preferred qualifications include ten (10+) years of experience, certified in one of the following, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through PMI, Associate Commissioning Professional (ACP) through BCxA. Tradesman License (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical), Systems Management Certificate (SMC) & Building Energy Certificate (BEC) through BOMA/BOMI, DAMA-accredited Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Associate.
Physical requirements include light work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.
Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone, computer, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office administration. Constantly computes, analyzes, and conceptualizes mathematical calculations and formulas. Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions. The person in this position regularly sits in a stationary position in front of a computer screen.
Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate. Rarely exposed to high and low temperatures. Rarely exposed to noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
