• Adapt to project demands, willingly working overtime to meet expedited deadlines when necessary.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit, both within the team and in client interactions.

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or an Associate degree in Mechanical Design or Drafting Technology, supplemented by at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
