Recruiting a Senior Game Designer to work with third‑party developers on the Netflix gaming platform. The role focuses on providing design guidance, ensuring quality execution, and aligning games with Netflix’s brand and intellectual property.

• Collaborate with developers to provide feedback on design, graphics, audio, and narrative.
• Capture, communicate, and align creative priorities, risks, and opportunities to drive creative excellence.
• Apply game pillars (player, actions, purpose) across a variety of genres and audience segments.
• Ensure Netflix intellectual property is represented appropriately in game adaptations, including tone and creative considerations.

• At least 4 years of experience in a game design or creative leadership role (e.g., social, F2P, mobile, web, console, portable).
• Proven ability to work with distributed or external teams.
• Strong understanding of common game‑design challenges and ability to tailor solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross‑functional projects delivering quality in design, art, audio, and storytelling.
• Experience with Live Service, GaaS, or retention‑oriented design.
• Licensed gaming experience is a plus.

• Track record of leading teams creatively and strategically to produce great work.
• Ability to build strong relationships and act as a valued partner in achieving business goals.

Base compensation is determined by market factors and ranges from $50,000 to $600,000 based on role and experience.
