Exempt
Responsible for the following: analyze, compute and prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers along other related financial statements.
Responsibilities- Perform day to day accounting functions.
- Conduct physical inventory.
- Responsible for the following Accounts Payable functions:
Verifying invoices, expense reports, check requests, purchase requisitions, processing check run and entering data in AP system. - Responsible for the following Accounts Receivable functions:
Applying payments, monthly invoicing, reconciling customer accounts/inquiries. - Analyse, evaluate and calculate sales and price changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant business field required.
- Four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be proficient in QAD, Microsoft Office, FAS Asset Accounting, Hyperion and Monarch.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in multi-cultural environment.
- Analyse financial statements
- Cash and forecast experience
- Perform daily banking procedures
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
