Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. As a Financial Solutions Advisor within the Advisor Development Program, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and receive training to acquire, build, and manage client relationships. You will provide clients with holistic financial advice, identify product and service solutions, and align Merrill and Bank of America offerings to meet investment, savings, and liability needs.
Training will progress you through stages of development, culminating in a Merrill Financial Advisor role. You will work with affluent and high‑net‑worth clients, preparing investment recommendations and presenting client reviews. You will collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions across Bank of America and Merrill.
Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within specified time frames (SIE within 60 days, Series 7 & 66 within 120 days).
- Build and manage client relationships, guiding clients through planning for retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners and connect clients to solutions across Bank of America and Merrill.
- Leverage marketing support to reach wider audiences and grow client business.
- Apply regulatory due diligence in daily activities and create long‑term client strategies.
- Displays confidence working in a sales role.
- Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset and prioritizes client interests.
- Identifies appropriate client solutions through application of learnings and new information.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
- Learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to register with the SAFE Act and maintain registration.
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
- Hours Per Week: 40.
- Position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
