Finance Director (Montgomery, AL)
Location:
Montgomery, AL (Onsite)
Our client is hiring a Finance Director to serve as the senior financial leader for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will work closely with leadership to oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business insights that will support strategic decision making.
- Oversee month-end close, financial statements, internal controls, and compliance activities.
- Develop forecasts, financial models, and performance reporting to drive operational activities.
- Lead process improvements initiatives and optimize ERP systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance or FP&A experience with prior leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and KPI reporting.
- Experience with in a manufacturing, industrial or project based environment preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
