• Work with customer teams, contract managers, program managers, and procurement teams to optimize performance of financial systems development.
• Analyze customer requirements, document requirements for systems development, perform collaborative testing, document testing results, and develop user manuals within an agile development team.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate performance measurement and financial management information indicators to assess the accuracy of the accounting system.
• Manage and ensure the integrity of financial data tables within the large integrated financial system.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to reconcile financial data.
• Independently resolve complex trouble tickets related to fiscal data, transactions, or financial table structures within established service‑level agreements.
• Lead the review and documentation of internal controls for a financial data management process to ensure audit compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance, accounting, or economics (desired but not required).
• 3–5 years of information technology and financial systems analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of government financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools.
