Senior Director, Investor Relations – Global Industrial

• Develops proactive investor relations strategy in coordination with the C-Suite
• Provides support to Senior Management with investor conference calls and presentations
• Works closely with Executive team to lead investor relations and external communications
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with analysts and investors
• Participates in earnings process, collaborating with Finance, Communications, and Legal
• Develops content to enhance investor and corporate communications initiatives

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate investor relations, finance, or similar positions
• Bachelor’s degree;
  Finance or Accounting is ideal; MBA or equivalent a plus
• Deep experience leading a nationally recognized investor relations function
• Superior financial and investment analysis capabilities
• Proven track record of success building and leading high-performing investor relations programs
• Ability to establish strong relationships and credibility internally and externally

Demonstrates extensive experience in corporate investor relations, with a strong focus on financial and investment analysis. Proven ability to develop and execute investor relations strategies while fostering relationships with analysts and investors.
