Senior Card Product Manager

Execute card product strategies to drive new account acquisition
Optimize portfolio performance to drive account activation, usage, balance growth, and retention
Develop advanced card product knowledge for complex problems, projects, and product development
Support management in building business cases for risks and opportunities
Manage implementation of solutions aimed at increasing spend, balance growth, revenue, and profitability
Monitor day-to-day KPIs, identify trends and patterns, and elevate issues to management
Lead coordination among IT, Phone Bank, Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk, Operations, Retail Branches, Underwriting, Collections, Legal, Compliance, and vendors
Implement controls and processes to measure, monitor, and control risks and ensure ongoing compliance
Ensure staff are trained, resourced, and motivated to follow risk management principles
Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution of strategic priorities leveraging Agile practices
• Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Passion for driving results and innovation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
• Proven ability to quickly assess situations and risks, determine plausible paths of action, and execute flawlessly
• Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

Demonstrates advanced card product knowledge and strategic execution in driving account acquisition, activation, and retention. Proficient in risk management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize portfolio performance and ensure compliance.
