City of Montgomery, AL is seeking Police Cadets to gain on-the-job training toward becoming a Police Officer. Cadets are non-sworn, full-time employees in a Montgomery Police Department division and operate under supervision of division officers.
Applicants must be 18-21, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo fingerprinting, background checks, drug testing, and a polygraph. Cadets may apply to Police Officer Trainee by their 21st birthday.
