We are seeking an Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist to provide a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommending and fitting hearing aids and accessories, offering counseling and follow-up services, and managing a thriving practice.

What You'll Do
  • Prioritize delivering an outstanding patient experience
  • Conduct hearing assessments in compliance with clinical standards and regulations
  • Guide patients through the selection and purchase of hearing aids and accessories
  • Partner with the Regional Manager/Director in managing office operations
What You'll Need
  • A valid state license in good standing
  • Proficiency with patient management software, NOAH, and Inspire OS
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Salary and Compensation
  • This role includes commission-based earnings tied to performance outcomes, though payouts are not guaranteed.
