6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

• Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Simpli Fi Program - Baptist Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Simpli Fi Program - Baptist Health UAB.

Position is for General/Trauma specialty which backs up Ortho/Neuro/ENT

• STRONG experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (must have total joint experience), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes
• RN: circulate only, experience in above case types
• Will accept a first time traveler with at least 2 years experience.

Prefer robotics experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI)

• Weekend rotation:
  On call
• On call: 1 day a weekday, one weekend a month (Friday 3p-7a, Saturday 24 hours, Sunday 24 hours.) 30 min response time.
• Holiday Expectations:
  Expected to work a holiday per contract.

10 days maximum time off.
