Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Marion, AL

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language intervention plans under the direction of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Work directly with students, both individually and in small groups, to facilitate speech, language, and communication skills
• Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and documentation of student progress
• Participate in team meetings and support IEP goals through targeted interventions
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Provide regular feedback to supervising SLPs and contribute to program improvements
