Position:Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location:Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties, NJ
Contract Type:Full-Time
Compensation:Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do- Personal Care:
Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility - Meal Preparation:
Creating simple, nutritious meals according to the patient's care plan - Home Management:
Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment - Documentation:
Recording care and activities using Cell Trak - Team
Collaboration:
Reporting condition changes to RN Case Managers for prompt action
- Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing
- Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Dependable transportation and willingness to travel within Bergen & Hudson Counties
