We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Banquet Setup Supervisor to lead our banquet set-up team and ensure exceptional event organization.

• Ensure the proper setup and breakdown of all Catering Department functions including meetings, meal functions, receptions, dances, exhibits, etc.
• Supervise and assign duties to Catering Aides under your supervision and follow up by personal example.
• Inspect all meeting rooms to ensure the proper setup is as called for on the BEO.
