Full‑Time Rooms Controller

If you’re an organized and detail‑oriented individual, we’d love for you to join our team as a Full‑Time Rooms Controller. You will be part of our Front Office team, responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of all group, VIP, and special request reservations for our hotel.

• Interact with Sales Managers regarding the proper handling of their groups, ensuring a coordinated and tailored guest experience.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to prioritize VIP arrivals and expedite room readiness, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Prepare Express Check‑ins, expediting the check‑in process for arriving guests and enhancing their arrival experience.
