Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

As aFront Desk Agent, you'llbe the welcoming face of the hotel—creating exceptional first and lasting impressions for every guest. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, resolve inquiries with professionalism, and ensure each guest’s stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.

• Greet and welcome all guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments according to Marriott brand standards.
• Secure and process payments, verify billing accuracy, and resolve any charge discrepancies.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and requests promptly.
• Provide accurate information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to confirm room readiness and status updates.
• Run and review daily reports including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational policies and procedures.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, or push up to 10 pounds.
