Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Teleservices Agent II to be the first point of contact across multiple channels for all Wind Creek properties. You will use several systems to provide information, upsell reservations, and handle spa, events, and host bookings.
The role requires strong hospitality experience and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Bally's Casino Marketplace, Open Table, and Opera is preferred.
