ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and set up the spa locker rooms each morning to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked for the day.
- Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide tours, directions, and information regarding their visit.
- Restock robes, amenities, showers, and linens throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain the spa lounge area, ensuring it remains clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities.
- Assist members and guests with café orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa throughout the day.
- Assist with product inventory, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed.
- Assist with the distribution and collection of laundry throughout the spa and fitness center.
- Interact with members and guests in a professional, efficient, friendly, and courteous manner at all times.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leadership to support a positive and welcoming environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and appearance. Uniforms must be clean, pressed, and worn in accordance with spa standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of spa treatments, services, pricing, and protocols in order to effectively assist members and guests.
- Promote and sell spa retail products by providing knowledgeable and personalized recommendations to members and guests.
- Attend spa and company trainings, meetings, and other required programs as needed.
- Communicate member and guest feedback, requests, and concerns to the Spa Manager as appropriate.

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURSWeekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATIONSoliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation.
