We deliver a “mosaic” spa experience featuring globally inspired treatments and holistic wellness in a beautifully appointed setting.
Guests can enjoy infrared sauna, whirlpools, fitness center, salon services, and signature offerings designed for relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation. What You Will Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years spa leadership (supervisory & above)
- Strong knowledge of spa services & practices
- Retail, pricing, & inventory experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Spa Director in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Take on the responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence, ensuring continuity and seamless operations.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, fostering positive guest relations, and handling any guest issues or complaints effectively.
