Corporate Recruiter

The QTI Group is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 3-4 month contract assignment with a Madison-based client. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can jump in quickly and manage full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of roles. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced recruiting, can build pipelines efficiently, and provides a great candidate experience.

Hybrid but must be living in the Madison, Wisconsin, area for occasional on‑site meetings and collaboration.

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for a mix of exempt and non‑exempt roles.
• Source and engage candidates using job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver qualified candidate pipelines.
• Prioritize transparency, responsiveness, and a positive candidate journey.
• Represent the organization and its mission with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Use ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g., Ulti Pro, Indeed, Linked In) to track candidates and keep searches organized.

• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across diverse role types.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort using multiple recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
• Clear communication skills with candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with recruiting compliance and best practices.
