Helping Hearts Senior Care is looking for a Homecare Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play an important role in making sure our clients receive the quality care they deserve by connecting them with dependable, compassionate caregivers.

Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments Match staff availability with client care needs Handle shift changes and last-minute staffing needs Communicate with clients, caregivers, and management Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers Help resolve scheduling challenges quickly and professionally Ensure staffing practices follow company policies and requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator Dependable and professional Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment A problem-solver who can think on their feet Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Previous staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or homecare experience is a plus!
