Role Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English/Spanish) to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR professional who is passionate about supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR initiatives that help strengthen our culture and business success.

The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with managers and staff across the organization, using bilingual skills to ensure clear communication and support for a diverse workforce. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive approach to improving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring processes.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a positive and successful employee experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Employee Support & Relations
  • Serve as a resource for employees by responding to HR-related questions and helping resolve workplace concerns.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to facilitate clear communication across diverse teams.
HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation documentation, OSHA reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, reporting, and HR documentation processes to ensure organizational compliance.
Learning, Development & HR Operations
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development initiatives.
  • Support HR projects related to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and policy implementation.
  • Translate HR-related documents and communications as needed.
  • Utilize HRIS systems, including Rippling, to maintain data accuracy and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist, Coordinator, or similar HR role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, particularly Rippling.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and labor law compliance.
  • Experience supporting a bilingual and diverse workforce.
