Technical Recruiter

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employment
• Work with Compass hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectively
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
• Promote the Compass brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates

Experience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and Linked In RecruiterB.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers

Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention

Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches

Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite Experience managing technical candidate pipelines

Considerable skill in interviewing techniques

High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates

Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
