Zigabyte Corporation is seeking a candidate for a help desk support role located at Gunter AFB, Alabama. The Field Assistance Services team provides 24/7 support for technical issues for Air Force systems. Candidates must have at least four years of customer service experience and a current CompTIA Security+ certification. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues and documenting all actions in the Remedy Ticket Management System.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret-Level clearance. Overtime and shift work may be required.
