Position DescriptionSeeking a highly skilled Enterprise Quality Program Test Lead to oversee and execute comprehensive testing initiatives for Medicaid modernization projects. This role involves leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (EE2E) testing, and developing detailed test strategies to ensure the seamless performance of integrated Medicaid systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage test plans, create robust test cases, and validate complex workflows across multiple systems and third‑party interfaces.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful government healthcare modernization efforts in a dynamic on‑site environment.
- 2-3 years of experience using AI tools for EE2E Testing, API automation, and Snowflake cloud data platform testing
- 2-5 years of experience testing Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
- 3-5 years of experience developing and executing EE2E Test Strategies and creating test data
- 3-5 years of experience preparing and executing ETL test cases
- 5-7 years of report testing, UAT test case creation, and test execution
- Strong knowledge of MMIS workflows, claims processing, member/provider enrollment, and payment adjudication
- Proven track record managing multi‑vendor projects and collaborating with stakeholders and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
