Seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Quality Program Test Lead to oversee and execute comprehensive testing initiatives for Medicaid modernization projects. This role involves leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (EE2E) testing, and developing detailed test strategies to ensure the seamless performance of integrated Medicaid systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage test plans, create robust test cases, and validate complex workflows across multiple systems and third‑party interfaces.

• 2-3 years of experience using AI tools for EE2E Testing, API automation, and Snowflake cloud data platform testing
• 2-5 years of experience testing Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
• 3-5 years of experience developing and executing EE2E Test Strategies and creating test data
• 3-5 years of experience preparing and executing ETL test cases
• 5-7 years of report testing, UAT test case creation, and test execution
• Strong knowledge of MMIS workflows, claims processing, member/provider enrollment, and payment adjudication
• Proven track record managing multi‑vendor projects and collaborating with stakeholders and management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
