What you’ll do:- Manage a portfolio of 25+ members, comprising digital/technology leaders from some of the world’s largest commercial and high‑tech organizations with revenue exceeding $15B.
- Develop a deep understanding of members’ priorities and challenges; help them find solutions and execute strategy by leveraging your experience, Gartner’s capabilities, and market trends.
- Challenge members with new ideas and innovative approaches, providing an outside “fresh eyes” perspective on their decisions and direction.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing members’ top priorities and developing customized service plans.
- Conduct briefings, strategy sessions, workshops (virtual and onsite), research analyst visits, round tables, and webinars.
- Build strong partnerships with Gartner’s Sales organization, collaborating to ensure robust member engagement and renewal of Executive Partner business.
- Present or facilitate at local Executive Partner events.
- Have served as a Global CIO, CIO, or senior technology executive.
- Possess 20+ years of progressive technology experience (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Big Data, Cloud, etc.) and have led or co‑led large end‑to‑end transformative initiatives.
- Have extensive knowledge of digital/technology leaders’ focus areas and an in‑depth understanding of the IT industry, including IT operations management, business strategy, technology trends, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Understand key business concepts such as revenue enablement, market improvement, risk reduction, and P&L ownership.
- Have experience creating new revenue streams through project‑to‑product transformations.
- Exhibit advanced critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead in ambiguous situations.
- Show excellent relationship‑building, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrate sales and business‑development experience with CxO‑level executives.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, be committed to others’ success, and collaborate naturally.
- Listen actively and challenge the status quo in a professional, engaging manner.
- Competitive base salary range: USD 188,000 – 225,000, with potential variations based on experience, location, and performance.
- Annual bonus plans or role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plans.
