Microsoft D365 F&O Sr Consultant

Overview

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. We help transform finance and supply‑chain processes, working closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to deliver lasting results across industries.

As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sr Consultant, you will understand client business, model processes into the ERP, and use product strengths to meet requirements, bridging gaps to deliver value. You will design and help manage end‑to‑end implementations of D365 F&O, build company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.

Senior Consultants provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, translating business requirements into well‑architected solutions that leverage platforms. They lead workstream activities, plan and coordinate designs, configure D365, maintain documentation, oversee testing, and manage risks, actions, issues and decisions. They manage technical work streams of implementations, review functional and craft technical documentation, develop integrations, data migrations, and collaborate through testing phases.

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
• 3+ full‑life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation, preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 8 years of experience in D365/AX ERP implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• 5+ years of data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience.
• 5+ years of experience with D365 SCM or Finance, solution Data model.
• D365 Retail.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,000 to $229,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, with an award depending on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
