DevSecOps Lead

Overview

DEVSECOPS LEAD (CASBES):

Bowhead seeks a Dev Sec Ops  Lead to support the upcoming Cloud Acceleration Services (CAS) Business Enterprise Systems (BES) located in Montgomery, AL. The Dev Sec Ops  Lead will design and operation of secure CI/CD pipelines.

• Integrate automated security testing.
• Support Agile release planning.
• Apply IaC and deployment automation.
• Help team deliver secure, repeatable, cloud-native software releases.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Eight (8+) years software engineering or platform delivery experience; five (5+) years implementing Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, IaC, containers, and Agile software delivery.
• Certification: AWS Dev Ops Engineer
  - Professional or Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert preferred; SAFe Dev Ops Practitioner/SAFe Agilist preferred;
  Security+ required/preferred; CKA preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite
  - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.

Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
