Functional D365 Consultant

Illumina Technology Solutions is seeking a Functional D365 Consultant to participate in all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics implementation, from assessing customer requirements to configuring and delivering solutions that meet business needs.

• Assist with pre‑sales activities (minimal)
• Scope projects, conduct analysis, and provide estimations
• Perform fit‑gap analysis
• Configure and deploy D365 for Retail
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support
• Lead user acceptance testing
• Provide post‑go‑live project support
• Communicate project status and tasks to the project manager

• 7‑10 years of experience as a functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics
• 3‑5 years of MS Dynamics AX implementation lifecycle experience (2009, 2012, D365)
• Experience gathering requirements for Dynamics AX projects
• Ability to translate findings into business requirements and specification documents (fit‑gap analysis)
• Strong communication skills with vendor teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Background in the retail industry and knowledge of retail solutions on the market
• Experience with AX Retail D365, 2012, 2009
• Knowledge of system upgrades, integrations, and testing
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
