Sr Systems Engineer

Works as a System Administrator and is responsible for implementing activities of technology projects relating to enterprise level systems ensuring goals are accomplished for Jackson Hospital and Clinic. May be assigned a trainer role within the scope of authority.

Bachelor’s degree in an associated Information Technology discipline is preferred. Valid State driver’s license. Security certifications desired (e.g. COMPTIA Security+, CASP etc.). Must be able to obtain Security+ certification, through self-study, within 6-months of employment. Virtualization or other IT certifications highly desired (e.g. VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Hyper‑V). Four (4) years’ experience with Information Technology solutions. Two (2) years of experience in related field may be substituted for each year of college.
