AI Consulting Manager

• Support client engagements from discovery through implementation, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Build trusted client relationships, gather requirements, and translate business challenges into practical technology and AI solutions.
• Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations aligned with client priorities and organizational goals.
• Define, prioritize, and manage solution roadmaps, backlogs, and feature delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions while balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and user needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain knowledge of AI technologies, product management frameworks, market trends, and enterprise platforms.
• Identify project risks, communicate recommendations, and support delivery within established timelines and scope.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and solution discussions.
• Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to staff and senior consultants.
• Collaborate across Eisner Amper service lines to deliver integrated, long-term client solutions.
• Occasionally work extended hours or travel to client locations and/or firm offices as required.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation roles, including client-facing experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with data platforms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or related technology solutions.
• Experience in Agile software development environments and collaboration with technical delivery teams.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder prioritization.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions and delivering software products that meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to staying current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
• May be required to occasionally work extended hours or travel to client locations and/or firm offices.

Demonstrates expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with a strong focus on developing strategies and solutions that align with client needs. Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver technology solutions in Agile environments.
