Senior Technical Lead

As a Senior Platform Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, support, and optimization of enterprise platforms including TIBCO EBX, TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV), Precisely Trillium, TIBCO Stream Base, Open Text Business Manager, and AWS Cloud Services. You will serve as the primary technology leader for these business-critical platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end ownership, governance, and operational support of EBX, TDV, Trillium, Stream Base, Open Text Business Manager, and AWS platforms.
Develop and execute platform strategy, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
Manage platform installations, configurations, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
Ensure platform stability, availability, security, and performance across production and non-production environments.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Establish monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and capacity planning processes.
Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to prioritize platform enhancements and innovation initiatives.
Define platform governance frameworks, operational standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
Manage vendor relationships, escalation processes, license management, and support contracts.
Lead cloud transformation initiatives leveraging AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise resilience requirements.
Drive automation, Dev Ops adoption, and CI/CD implementation to improve platform efficiency.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and career development guidance to platform engineers and administrators.
Present platform metrics, risks, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Participate in architecture reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Minimum 5+ years of experience leading enterprise platforms and cloud technologies.
Strong expertise in EBX, TDV, Trillium, Stream Base, Open Text Business Manager, and AWS.
Extensive experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, networking, security, governance, and operational best practices.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar database platforms.
Experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Virtualization domains.
Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud operations.
Experience supporting globally distributed business-critical production environments.
Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Management processes.

Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Cloud Formation), and automation practices.
Strong scripting capabilities using Python, Shell Scripting, Power Shell, or similar technologies.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Cloud Watch, Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading global technical teams and vendor engagements.
