Supply Chain Project Manager

Hartzell Propeller seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects supporting aircraft propeller manufacturing. You will plan and execute supply chain initiatives, coordinate suppliers, and optimize material flow from sourcing through production. Key duties include managing project timelines, mitigating risks, improving on-time delivery, and supporting cost, quality, and inventory goals. You will partner closely with engineering, production, and quality teams in a culture focused on safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement in advanced aviation manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain projects from initiation through implementation
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, production, and quality to meet project goals
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and support sourcing and qualification activities
• Analyze inventory, lead times, and capacity to improve material availability
• Identify and mitigate project and supply risks impacting cost, quality, and delivery
• Drive process improvement using Lean/continuous improvement tools
• Track KPIs and report project status and performance to leadership
• Support standardization and best practices across supply chain processes
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all work
