HOUSING MANAGER
South Central Alabama Regional Housing Authority is seeking applications for a housing manager.
Responsibilities- Experience with the full spectrum of on-site property management.
- Responsible for approximately 150 units of project-based voucher units, including operations functions, management, leasing, lease enforcement, rent collections, and conducting annual and interim re-examinations of income and family composition.
- The managed property is located in Midway and Union Springs, Alabama.
The Housing Authority offers a benefits package which includes Employees Retirement Systems of Alabama, Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance, and paid annual and sick leave.
