CGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally.
A Brief OverviewIn this role, you will report to an Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or Senior Vice President, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure the successful execution of assigned tasks. You will take on basic discipline assignments under regular supervision, contribute as a primary member on small projects, and assist on specific segments of larger projects, frequently engaging with the team to support daily operations.

- Bachelor's Degree BA/BS Required or
- 5+ years practical experience equivalency Required and
- in Building Sciences – Construction, Architecture, Preferred or
- 4-6 years of relevant construction services experience in field and office, Required or
- 1-3 years of experience in Architectural or Engineering Office. Required
- Competency in various computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint & Teams, Bluebeam.
- Requires a detail-oriented, self-starter, who takes initiative, prioritizes, and multi-tasks in a busy environment.
- Works under close supervision and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to prepare for client meetings under supervision.
- Developing ability to interface with clients and consultants.
- Developing ability to clearly convey ideas in verbal, written, graphic, and presentation formats.
- Developing knowledge of industry terminology, laws, standards, practices, principles, and regulations.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage time and meet assignment/project deadlines.
- RA Preferred or
- PE, CCM, CFM, PMP:
Preferred.
