Job Description & How to Apply Below

This organization is a growing specialty contractor operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments supporting infrastructure, commercial, and industrial clients. The business is known for disciplined execution, strong customer relationships, and a culture grounded in professionalism, teamwork, and safety. The company operates with high expectations for planning, communication, and performance, offering opportunities for long-term growth as the organization continues to expand.

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for full ownership of assigned projects from kickoff through closeout. This role oversees planning, coordination, communication, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. Project Managers are expected to think several steps ahead, proactively identify risks and next actions, and communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and partners.

As the organization continues to grow and manage increasingly complex scopes, the project manager plays a key role in coordinating specifications, contract requirements, and cross-functional execution. This position is suited for professionals who can lead people and processes—not just manage tasks.

  • Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure execution aligns with project plans
  • Partner with internal teams on scheduling, resourcing, documentation, and closeout activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and company policies
Qualifications

  • Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
