Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Montgomery, AL branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

• Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the branch meets or exceeds goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Prepare and analyze branch reports and financial statements.
• Resolve customer issues and handle escalations professionally and promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies accordingly.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
