Advertising Agency Seeks Behind the Scenes Mastermind—a Workflow Manager
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Workflow Manager to keep projects moving smoothly through our agency. In this role, you’ll be the hub of our daily operations—coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring work flows efficiently across Account Service, Creative, Production, and Media teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and enjoy collaborating with a variety of teams, this could be a great fit.
The WM assigns job numbers for all projects entering the agency and ensures every deadline is met by coordinating the movement of those projects through all agency departments. Some proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software is important, but composure and negotiation skills are vital.
What We’re Looking For- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities
- 5+ years of work experience
- Comfort working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
- Attention to detail, especially with schedules, approvals, and proofreading
- A team‑first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

- Salaried Position (negotiable based on experience)
- Regular Office Hours (8 am to 5 pm M‑F)
